Welcome to the Gilson Hospitality Marketplace (the “Marketplace”). By accessing or using our website and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of Services
The Marketplace is a concierge platform. We connect guests with independent third-party vendors (“Service Providers”) for experiences such as oxygen and wellness rentals, private shuttles, grocery delivery, in-home culinary services, and accommodation enhancements.
Gilson Hospitality coordinates reservations and payments but does not itself provide the underlying services. Each Service Provider remains solely responsible for its own products, equipment, safety, and performance.
Gilson Hospitality acts solely as a concierge intermediary to arrange private shuttles, car services, and other ground transportation (“Transportation Services”) with independent third-party vendors. While we will coordinate with our partners and make every effort to accommodate itinerary changes, Gilson Hospitality is not responsible for delays, cancellations, missed connections, or other logistical issues beyond our control—including, but not limited to, flight delays, weather events, road closures, or other force-majeure circumstances.
Guests are responsible for notifying us of any schedule changes as early as possible so we can work with our vendors to adjust when feasible.
All pricing shown on the site reflects concierge coordination and service fees in addition to the underlying vendor charges.
Prices may include a markup to cover the cost of our concierge services and may vary based on availability, seasonality, or vendor adjustments.
You agree that these fees are part of the total purchase price and are non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation policy specific to each service.
2. Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract or request services through our marketplace.
You agree to provide accurate information when placing requests, quotes, or bookings.
Order modifications must be submitted immediately after placement. We cannot guarantee acceptance of changes after confirmation, especially after check-in or delivery.
3. Pricing, Quotes & Availability
Many products are offered as “quote requests.” Pricing, availability, and lead times depend on vendor confirmation and may vary by season, location, and demand.
Some services (e.g., culinary experiences) require a minimum advance notice; same-day service is not guaranteed.
4. Payment Security & Refund Policy
Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways (Zoho/Stripe).
You authorize the Marketplace to charge your chosen payment method for all confirmed services and related taxes/fees.
No Returns on Delivered Goods: All food, beverage, floral, grocery, or other physical goods are final sale once delivered. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been delivered to the guest.
Service Cancellations: For concierge services (e.g., private chefs, massage, transportation), cancellations received 24 hours after purchase may be eligible for a refund, provided the supplier's own cancellation policy permits it.
Vendor Policies Govern: Many of our partner vendors set their own cancellation or change deadlines. If a vendor has begun production or preparation—or if their cutoff time has passed—refunds or changes may not be possible, even if your request is within 24 hours.
How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email) and are not effective until confirmed by a Gilson Hospitality team member.
5. Data Privacy & Communication Consent
We collect only the personal data needed to manage your booking, quote requests, and payment processing. Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption and is never sold to unrelated third parties.
By submitting a quote request, placing an order, or otherwise providing personal information through this site, you consent to:
Use of Data: Gilson Group may use your information to fulfill your request, coordinate with vendors, process payments, and communicate about your order or related services.
Future Contact: You grant Gilson Group permission to contact you in the future regarding Gilson Group–related products, services, promotions, or updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting us directly.

6. Disclaimers
Oxygen concentrators and other wellness products offered through the Marketplace are not medical devices and are provided solely for comfort at high elevation. The Marketplace makes no medical claims or warranties regarding health outcomes. Guests are responsible for consulting their own medical professional before using any wellness products.
Food-related services (including charcuterie boards, private dining, or meal plans) may contain common allergens. While we and our vendors take reasonable precautions, guests are responsible for communicating any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. Neither Gilson Group nor its service providers can guarantee the elimination of allergens, and we are not liable for allergic reactions or related health issues.
Licensed Independent third-party providers fulfil all services. Gilson Group is not liable for the actions, omissions, or service quality of these providers, though we will assist in good faith with dispute resolution when notified promptly.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gilson Hospitality, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Summit County, Colorado, and not in a court of law.
Each party waives any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. The prevailing party in arbitration may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
